Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are determined based on your address during check out. Delivery time (30-60 days)

Shipping Carriers

  • You may have the opportunity to select your preferred carrier at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in case they are needed for the claim.
